ZCater - a fully licensed liquor catering business (a division of Art of the Party) was established in Barstow in 19851 and founded in New York City in 1965. Our mission is to excel beyond the level of your satisfaction. Focusing on our customers needs, we offer professional and competitively priced services. You may choose from a variety of Hosted and Cash bar packages which can accommodate any event from 25 to 1,000+ guests.
All our packages include 4 hour unlimited bar service, one 6' portable bar, cocktail napkins, stir straws, clear plastic ware in two sizes, ice, and all operational equipment for your bar service type. Our bartenders' uniform consists of black dress pants, white tuxedo shirt, black vest and a tie (unless you specify other attire). We carry $2,000,000 in liquor liability insurance and $2,000,000 in general liability insurance which will be included to your package without additional charge.

Barstow history:
Barstow is a city in San Bernardino County, California, United States. The population was 21,119 at the 2000 census. Barstow is located 55 miles (89 km) north of San Bernardino.
Barstow is a major transportation center for the Inland Empire Metropolitan Area. Several major highways including Interstate 15 and Interstate 40 converge in the city. It is the site of a large rail classification yard, belonging to the BNSF Railway. The Union Pacific Railroad also runs through town on trackage rights on BNSF's main line to Daggett 10 miles (16 km) east, where it heads to Salt Lake City, then the BNSF heads to Chicago. It is about 62 miles (100 km) to Baker, California and 111 miles (179 km) to Primm, Nevada.
Barstow is home to Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow and is the closest city to Fort Irwin Military Reservation.
Barstow is located at 34°52′35″N 117°2′5″W / 34.87639°N 117.03472°W / 34.87639; -117.03472 (34.876259, -117.034818). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 87.0 km2 (33.6 sq mi), all land.
