ZCater just wrapped up catering for over 24,000 at the US Open of Surfing from July 31st through August 8th.
We would like to congratulate all the dedicated athletes that competed. We sure had a blast.
We began each day with a fresh breath of ocean breeze, and the crashing of the waves before the sun had even risen. By breakfast, the beach was overflowing with thousands of guests, athletes, and media. ZCater provided breakfast lunch and snack for athletes such as Kelly Slater and Luke Davis to Performers like Weezer and Hot Hot Heat and all of the security, crew, and sponsors.
9 Days and 24,000 meals later we were forced to say goodbye to our kitchen on the beach and all of the new friends we made during the event. Each day was a challenge and a success. The entire team here at ZCater is proud and honored to have been chosen for this prestigious event.

Cerritos (formerly known as Dairy Valley) is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States, and is one of several cities that constitute the Gateway Cities of southeast Los Angeles County. The former postal ZIP code of Cerritos was 90701 and was shared with the city of Artesia; however, it was later changed to an exclusive 90703 to accommodate the increasing number of new addresses in the City during the mid-1990s.
